Beautifully converted farm buildings, stylish and immaculate and nestling in two acres of grounds with far reaching views of open countryside and adjoining lakes.

There are two self catering cottages, each containing one double bedroom, lounge/diner, kitchen and bathroom. Both cottages are single storey - cottage number 1 is entered at ground level.

The historic village of Hawkhurst is a favoured location by tourists due to its central location - an ideal base for visiting the many places of interest in Kent and East Sussex.

Our Bed and Breakfast is within easy reach of Sissinghurst Castle Gardens, Great Dixter House, Bodiam Castle, Rye, Hastings, Camber Sands, Bewl Water, Battle Abbey, Batemans and Royal Tunbridge Wells.

We are only 55 minutes drive from the Channel Tunnel, and one hour from London by train.

Hawkhurst village has a variety of shops and amenities - a supermarket, butchers, greengrocers, hairdressers, post office, doctor’s surgery, pharmacy and a Kino digital cinema.

There is private parking, adjacent to the cottages. Bed linen, towels and controllable electric heating is included in the price. A hospitality tray is provided on your arrival.

Sissinghurst Castle Garden was transformed by poet and writer, Vita Sackville-West and her husband Harold Nicolson in the 1930s.
